Booking & Payment : Advance payment required to confirm booking. Full payment must be completed before departure.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • (Early/late subject to availability & extra charges)

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund within 30 days of departure. Advance amount is non-refundable.

Itinerary Changes

  • Sunworld Trips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.

Company Cancellation

  • Sunworld Trips will provide a full refund if the trip is cancelled by the company.

Force Majeure

  • Sunworld Trips is not responsible for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, weather, or unforeseen events.

International Travel

  • Visa approval is subject to embassy rules. Passport must be valid (minimum 6 months).

Child Policy

  • Below 2 years: Free
  • 2–12 years: 40%–50% charges

  • Sunworld Trips is not responsible for loss, injury, or delays caused by third parties.

Yes, all international travelers require a UAE Tourist Visa, which is not included in the package.

Breakfast is included daily. Dinner is included during Desert Safari and Marina Dhow Cruise. Other meals are not included.

Are airport transfers included?

The package includes SIC (seat-in-coach) or private transfers depending on your selection.

Comfortable clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Evening desert is slightly cooler, so a light jacket is recommended.

Yes, optional activities or extra days can be added on request.
