Once you book with us, it means that you have understood and accepted our terms and conditions correctly. All references such as “booking”, “tour”, or “arrangements” refer to the tour services provided by us.

1. Your Tour Contract

The contract between you (“the Client”) and SunWorldTrips is important to us. We assure you that the information shared with us will not be revealed to any third party without permission. SunWorldTrips will support customers in the event of disputes or claims directly related to our services.

However, we are not responsible for any personal issues or matters outside our service scope.

Only the Director of SunWorldTrips has the authority to modify any of these terms. No verbal promises regarding discounts or offers are valid unless provided in written form.

2. Securing Your Booking

To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit amount is required. Certain packages may require a higher deposit based on payment conditions.

3. Payment for Your Tour

After paying the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid within one week. In some situations, full payment may be required earlier based on package type and travel date.

Failure to pay the balance on time gives SunWorldTrips the right to cancel your booking.

All payments must be made only to this official account. Do not transfer funds to any personal accounts, UPI IDs, or phone numbers.

4. Changes in Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please visit our branch office with your payment receipts.
Changes will be accepted only under genuine/emergency conditions and only if possible.

Repeated changes are not encouraged, and only minor modifications may be allowed depending on availability and policy.

5. Cancellation of Booking

Cancellations are allowed but depend on the situation and service-specific rules. You must inform us via phone or email within the stipulated notice period.

Cancellation charges may apply.
Please note: In certain cases, the amount paid may not be refundable.

6. Complaints
